GSM'S ACTION RESEARCH WORKSHOP FOR LECTURERS, 2020

From 27th to 29th January 2020, all faculty heads and members at the Graduate School of Management (GSM) came together at a forum to equip themselves the more about ways in which societies' challenges could be resolved through educational tools.

The three-day-long seminar centered mainly on encouraging Action Research as the sole tool for promoting entrepreneurship by identifying and arriving at solutions to the long-standing unemployment challenges mostly faced by graduates globally, and more predominantly in Africa, especially the West African sub-region-where GSM operates.

The seminar led by Dr. Brian Jennings, made it possible for fellow lecturers and researchers of Graduate School of Management to take a special cue from how Bonnie Kaplan's (fellow researcher) demonstrated act of leadership and entrepreneurship had led many graduates and people in Durban (South Africa) to be innovators rather than being unemployed and caught in wishful employments thought.
